Pentingnya Pemberian Edukasi Manajemen Oleh Guru kepada Siswa/i Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK)

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa/i Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) terhadap konsep dasar manajemen melalui edukasi yang diberikan oleh guru. Manajemen merupakan keterampilan esensial yang mendukung kesiapan kerja para siswa setelah lulus, baik untuk menjadi tenaga kerja profesional maupun wirausahawan. Program ini dilakukan melalui pelatihan berbasis simulasi praktik manajemen yang melibatkan guru dan siswa. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa dalam perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan, dan pengendalian. Implikasi program ini menegaskan pentingnya kolaborasi antara sekolah dan dunia kerja untuk menciptakan lulusan yang siap bersaing di dunia industri.
